Candle Refill Workshop Policy Eligibility: - You have two options for refilling your candles: 1. Pour Your Own – To pour your own candle, you must have previously taken our Candle-Making Workshop. Our team will be available to assist, but this is not an instructional class. 2. Drop Off & Refill – Simply bring us your clean vessels, select your scent, and we’ll handle the pouring for you. Your candles will be ready for pickup on Friday or Saturday. Container Requirements: - We reserve the right to refuse refilling certain containers, including but not limited to: - Wooden bowls - High-stem glassware (wine glasses, martini glasses, etc.) - Any container that was not originally used as a candle vessel (e.g., thin drinking glasses) - All containers must be clean and free of wax residue before bringing them in. Rescheduling & Booking: - If you need to reschedule, log in to our website with the same email used for booking. - Under My Bookings in your profile, you can select a new time for your visit. Open Camera Social Studio Policy: - Our studio encourages guests to create their own social media content. - We occasionally host news stations, local media creators, and others documenting their candle-making experience. - By attending, all guests grant permission for their image to be used in photos and videos for promotional purposes. - It is the responsibility of the registrant to inform all additional guests of this policy.
