The Vessel Refill: BYO Candle Workshop
Bring Something Old. Pour Something New.
Whether it is an empty Embrace vessel or a unique piece from your own collection, we invite you to bring it to The Table. We have simplified our pricing structure to make it easier for you to estimate your visit—no scales or conversion math required.
HOW IT WORKS
Our pricing is transparent and split into two simple parts:
1. The Seat Fee ($10) This covers your time in the studio, expert guidance from our team, and all necessary supplies (new wicks, tools, and cleanup).
2. The Wax ($2.50 per oz) Minimum wax charge: 8oz ($20) We use Volume Pricing (Ounces) to match the volume printed on your vessel's label. To estimate your cost, simply check the bottom of your container or the manufacturer's details.
Example: A standard 10oz Rocks Glass = $25 for wax.
THE EXPERIENCE
This workshop is designed for those who want the creativity of blending without the formality of a full class. It is a relaxed, open-studio style session where you can move at your own pace.
The Vessel: Bring in your own empty container. We will handle the technical side (selecting the right wick size and securing it), ensuring your vessel is safe and ready for filling.
The Design: You get full access to our 200+ fragrance library. Browse the shelves, pull your favorites, and create a custom scent blend that matches your vessel’s vibe.
The Pour: We provide the precise measurements for your custom formula. You will blend the oils into our signature wax and pour the finished creation into your vessel.
BEFORE YOU ARRIVE
To ensure a safe and successful pour, please review our vessel requirements:
Cleanliness: Please ensure all vessels are clean, dry, and free of old wax or wicks before arriving at the studio.
Safety: We can pour into glass, ceramic, or sealed metal. We cannot pour into wood, unsealed porous materials, or vessels with long stems (such as wine glasses).
Inspection: All vessels will be examined by the workshop host upon arrival. We reserve the right to refuse the use of a vessel if we deem it unsafe to burn.

Cancellation Policy
Candle Refill Workshop Policy Eligibility: - You have two options for refilling your candles: 1. Pour Your Own – To pour your own candle, you must have previously taken our Candle-Making Workshop. Our team will be available to assist, but this is not an instructional class. 2. Drop Off & Refill – Simply bring us your clean vessels, select your scent, and we’ll handle the pouring for you. Your candles will be ready for pickup on Friday or Saturday. Container Requirements: - We reserve the right to refuse refilling certain containers, including but not limited to: - Wooden bowls - High-stem glassware (wine glasses, martini glasses, etc.) - Any container that was not originally used as a candle vessel (e.g., thin drinking glasses) - All containers must be clean and free of wax residue before bringing them in. Rescheduling & Booking: - If you need to reschedule, log in to our website with the same email used for booking. - Under My Bookings in your profile, you can select a new time for your visit. Open Camera Social Studio Policy: - Our studio encourages guests to create their own social media content. - We occasionally host news stations, local media creators, and others documenting their candle-making experience. - By attending, all guests grant permission for their image to be used in photos and videos for promotional purposes. - It is the responsibility of the registrant to inform all additional guests of this policy.
