Fall Doesn't Always Smell Like Pumpkin

Pumpkin gets a lot of attention this time of year.

Deservedly so.

But some of my favorite fall fragrances don't smell like dessert at all.

Fall can be crisp. Woodsy. Floral. A little mysterious.

So when we created this year's Fall Collection, we wanted fragrances for people who love the feeling of the season but don't necessarily want their home to smell like the kitchen.

Meet the softer side of fall.

Autumn Romance (https://www.embracecandleco.com/product-page/autumn-romance) starts bright with crisp apple and fresh pine before settling into cucumber, melon and warm woods.

It reminds me of that first genuinely cool day when you step outside and realize summer is finally letting go.

Fresh, slightly woodsy and easy to live with.

Scarlet Dahlia (https://www.embracecandleco.com/product-page/scarlet-dahlia-candle) takes fall somewhere completely different.

Dahlia petals and sandalwood meet red currant, mandarin, plum, vanilla and warm musk.

It's floral and rich with just enough mystery underneath it.

Neither fragrance screams traditional fall.

That's exactly why I like them.

We love a good pumpkin candle. We made plenty of them.

But fragrance gives us a chance to capture more than the obvious parts of a season.

Sometimes changing the feeling of a room means warm pumpkin and spice.

Sometimes it's crisp apple and woods.

And sometimes it's dahlia, plum and sandalwood.

So yes, we made pumpkin candles.

We also made fall for the exotic people.

Sara,
