Candle Refill Workshop FAQ

What is this workshop?

This workshop time is designed for individuals who have already taken our Make-Your-Own Candle class and are familiar with the basic steps of pouring a container candle.

It’s an open session where you can bring your own vessels and refill them yourself. While this is not an instructional class, our team will be present to guide you, help with measurements, and recommend wick sizes.

How much does it cost?

There is a $10 seat fee to book a spot, which must be reserved online.

You’re welcome to bring multiple vessels!
Refills are priced at $0.08 per gram of wax, fragrance, and wick.

To help you estimate:

• A 7oz candle is approximately 200g

• 200g x $0.08 = $16

 

What kind of vessels can I bring?

We’ll inspect your vessels before you begin. For safety, we reserve the right to turn away any containers that may be unsafe to fill—like stemmed wine glasses or delicate ceramics.

 

Can I drop off containers instead of refilling them myself?

Absolutely! Our preferred drop-off day is Wednesday. You’ll choose your fragrances, and we’ll pour the candles for you.

Pickup timing will be arranged by the workshop host—often same-day or the next day we're open.

 

Is this workshop kid-friendly?

Children under 12 are welcome with adult supervision.

• Adults must assist with all phases of the process

• Children under 12 may not handle hot wax

• Use discretion with fragrance oils, as spills may result in additional charges
