We often come into what I refer to as seasons of change. During these periods we go through lifestyle changes, both mental and physical. Sometimes we just want to change our physical and mental health or change the types of people that we want in our lives. Essentially, lifestyle changes are any behavior or habit changes to gain positive life change.
If anything, last year taught us about ourselves, our goals and our dreams. The process of change is not easy in anyway however, aromatherapy can play a key role in this situation.
Expanding your daily routine to add aromatherapy can be very beneficial.
You can add aromatherapy to your life while doing many things. You can light some candles when you are home working to reach your goals. You can even light some candles or add essential oils to your self care routine
Just grab something with Sandalwood, Vetiver or Lemongrass to help with anxiety, stress, depression and emotional trauma. Eucalyptus is also an excellent option as it helps with mental exhaustion and helps rejuvenate the spirit.Change is always a struggle, so taking advantage of every resource available to you is the most important thing to help you on your journey.
